Petros Krasaris is a Partner at EY Cyprus and heads the International Tax and Transaction Services. Petros has over 20 years of professional experience. His main areas of practice are international tax, transaction tax, and tax advisory services. Over the years, he has served a large number of clients across all sectors, ranging from private equity, real estate and technology and has been involved in a large number of transactions. He has extensive experience in international tax planning, advising clients on setting-up Cyprus structures, improving tax efficiency of cross-border operations, advising on earnings repatriation strategies and other areas such as restructuring of operations, mergers, IP planning and other cross border arrangements. Petros is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and CFA Charter-holder. He is a member of the Tax Policy Committee of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus and in actively involve in tax policy matters.
