Harry is a Senior Analyst at Macquarie Group. He started at Macquarie in mid-2018 managing Macquarie’s vehicle finance portfolio in the UK before relocating offices to London and the Futures business in February 2020. Harry has been part of Macquarie Pride EMEA, Macquarie’s LGBTQ+ Employee Network Group since joining the Group. His drive for continuing in this role is the ability to be a catalyst for change, as well as a role model for LGBTQ+ employees in the business. Macquarie is proud of its truly inclusive DEI culture and the ENG plays a big part in allowing colleagues to bring their whole selves to work. The ENG has been established since 2012, and has been awarded many accolades over the years, including being a Highly Commended Network Group by Stonewall 4 times.
