Flora Harley’s role includes producing and contributing to research reports on global wealth and the economic and geopolitical trends which impact on residential real estate markets. Flora is Deputy Editor of Knight Frank’s flagship publication The Wealth Report and regularly presents to internal and external audiences. Flora regularly produces analysis of the Global Super-prime ($10m+) and Ultra-prime ($25m+) markets, as well as notable publications such as The Global Development Report, Branded Residences and editing Urban Futures, Knight Frank’s report on global housing affordability. Prior to joining Knight Frank, Flora worked within KPMG’s Economic team and for the UK Government as an Assistant Economist.
