Michaella Savva heads the Wealth & Investment Services division at Hellenic Bank. Prior to joining Hellenic Bank, Michaella was a Senior Strategist at BlackRock heading the European value-add product strategies and advising large institutional investors including pension funds, sovereign wealth funds and family offices. Michaella was the Co-Head of BlackRock EMEA VP Village and also actively involved in 100 Women in Finance. Before BlackRock, Michaella worked at Goldman Sachs Wealth Management where she managed the portfolios of Ultra[1]High-Net-Worth clients. Michaella holds a Bachelor’s in Law from the University of Warwick and a Master’s in Banking Law and Financial Regulation from LSE.

Andreas Assiotis is the Head of Retail Banking of Hellenic Bank Company Ltd, one of the three systemic banks in Cyprus. He is responsible for the Bank's Retail businesses, Bancassuarance, Distribution Channels & Cards Departments, and Wealth and Investment Services. Previously he served the positions of Group Chief Economist & Strategy Manager of Hellenic Bank, the Vice Chairman of the Cyprus Economy and Competitiveness Council and was the Chairman of the Steering Committee of the country’s Long Term Economic Strategy.

Ο Γιώργος Καραγεώργος είναι ο επικεφαλής του Γραφείου Αντιπροσωπείας στην Ελλάδα για την Freedom24, με σχεδόν μια δεκαετία εμπειρίας στον τομέα των επενδύσεων και στις διεθνείς χρηματιστηριακές αγορές. Πριν ενταχθεί στο δυναμικό της Freedom24, εργάστηκε ως multi-asset trader σε χρηματιστηριακές εταιρείες, καθώς και στον όμιλο Χρηματιστηρίου Αθηνών. Είναι απόφοιτος του Οικονομικού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών και κάτοχος της πιστοποίησης CFA.

Η πολύχρονη επαγγελματική της πορεία ξεκίνησε το 2006 στο Τμήμα Διαχείρισης Ιδιωτικού Πλούτου της Morgan Stanley (Λονδίνο) σε άτομα εξαιρετικά υψηλής οικονομικής επιφάνειας (UHNWIs), ενώ συνεχίστηκε το 2010 στην Τράπεζα Κύπρου όπου επικεντρώθηκε στην εξυπηρέτηση πελατών, στην παροχή εξατομικευμένων επενδυτικών συμβουλών και στην ανάπτυξη του δικού της βιβλίου πελατών. Το 2020 εντάχθηκε στην  Athlos Capital, όπου δημιούργησε και ηγείται την ομάδα Wealth Management, ενώ αποτελεί μέλος του Διοικητικού Συμβούλιού. Είναι κάτοχος Πτυχίου Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων (King’s College London) και Μεταπτυχιακού στη Ναυτιλία, το Εμπόριο και τα Χρηματοοικονομικά (Bayes (ex-Cass) Business School). Είναι εγγεγραμμένη στο Μητρώο Πιστοποιημένων Προσώπων της ΕΚΚ.

Nearchos Petrides, has worked as Chief Executive Officer of Ellinas Finance Public Company Limited since June 2019. He initially began as Executive Officer with his main responsibilities being the strategy and growth of the company, as well as the management of the company’s risks. He initially began his career with KPMG Cyprus in 2011, having joined the Audit Department as Senior Supervisor where he specialised in the external audit of insurance companies and credit institutions. Nearchos has acted as a member of the board of directors and a member of the Audit Committee of Actibond Growth Fund Public Company Limited, a company listed on the Cyprus Stock Exchange. He has also acted as a member of the board of directors of J&P Fresca (Cyprus) Produce Ltd. During the period 2017 to 2018, he acted as a member of the Board of Directors and member of the Audit Committee of Cosmos Insurance Public Company Ltd. Nearchos graduated from the University of Nottingham (UK) having obtained a BSc Hons in Finance, Accounting and Management. He went on to achieve the title of a Chartered Accountant, and he is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) since 2015.

Constantinos Ghalanos is an accomplished FX professional with over 12 years of industry experience. He started his career as a customer support agent and progressing through team leadership and dealing roles, he has developed a deep understanding of the FX market. His most recent role as Head of Dealing at Libertex showcases his multi-faceted expertise in managing daily complex trading operations and significantly contributing in driving business growth. Constantinos holds a Degree in Shipping Management from the University of Piraeus.

Lefteris Adilinis brings decades of experience as a business leader and international broadcast journalist to his work as an executive coach. He has coached and mentored at all levels of international organisations across Europe from executives and senior leaders to board level directors. Lefteris is a trusted and sought-after advisor to politicians, ministers, diplomats and business leaders on international and regional political affairs. With a reputation for balance and objectivity, his passion is to help people succeed in their leadership role and to transform their professional and personal lives. Prior to coaching Lefteris held a long and successful journalism career at the BBC World Service and at several print and broadcast media in Greece and Cyprus. In addition to broadcasting and producing, he also served as director and project manager in the subsea telecom cable market.

George Chrysochos, Director of Cyfield Group, has been involved in the family business from a young age, working across various departments. He has worked in the USA and Greece as a consultant for Navigant and McKinsey & Company. He returned to Cyprus to expand the family business and enter the energy sector. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Master of Science in Structural Engineering from Stanford University. He is a member of ASCE, ETEK, and the Board of the Cyprus Employers & Industrialists Federation (OEB).

Petros Krasaris is a Partner at EY Cyprus and heads the International Tax and Transaction Services. Petros has over 20 years of professional experience. His main areas of practice are international tax, transaction tax, and tax advisory services. Over the years, he has served a large number of clients across all sectors, ranging from private equity, real estate and technology and has been involved in a large number of transactions. He has extensive experience in international tax planning, advising clients on setting-up Cyprus structures, improving tax efficiency of cross-border operations, advising on earnings repatriation strategies and other areas such as restructuring of operations, mergers, IP planning and other cross border arrangements. Petros is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and CFA Charter-holder. He is a member of the Tax Policy Committee of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus and in actively involve in tax policy matters.

Alkis Hajittofis is an Executive Director and Head of Portfolio Management at Resolute Investment Management, Resolute Group’s EU regulated Alternative Investment Fund Manager. His experience in international Fund structuring and investment management provides clients across the Group with investment solutions through a regulated environment. Alkis has 15+ years of experience, specialising in investment management, investment advisory, Fund structuring, accounting, and taxation. He began his career at a Big 4 Audit Firm, before joining the Family Office of a High Net-Worth Investor as Financial Controller. He was later appointed Executive Director of a regulated Fund Manager which at the time managed the largest Fund of its kind in Cyprus. Before joining Resolute, Alkis was Deputy CEO of a regulated Advisory Firm catering towards HNWIs. He holds a BSc Honours degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of East Anglia. He is a CFA Charterholder, a qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAEW), holder of CFA Institute’s Certificate in ESG Investing, CISI's Islamic Finance Qualification and CySEC’s Advanced Certification.
