Alper Zan is an award-winning Hospitality Professional who has been serving his guests and his team since the age of 16 and has over 20 years of progressive experience in the Casual Dining industry. He was named “UK Restaurant Manager of The Year” in 2014 by the UK – Academy of Wine & Service / Institute of Hospitality. He has worked in brands like Via Vita Cocktail Bar & Restaurants, Living Room, Parisa Cafe Bar, and almost 10 years in the much loved iconic brand Cafe Rouge Restaurants. Most recently he worked in Welcome Break Group where he led the team to open and set up the first five UK franchised Pizza Express restaurants and managed franchised multi-brands as Operations Manager within the group.
