Rena Papaeti Hadjicosta is an Attorney of the Republic of Cyprus. She has over 34 years of experience at the Law Office of the Republic and she is the Head of the Public Procurement and Hydrocarbons Sector of the Law Office. During the last 13 years she participated as head legal counsel, representing the Republic of Cyprus, in numerous negotiations concerning Production Sharing Contracts (PSCs) for the exploration and exploitation of Cyprus Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ), LNG Terminal, Ports, Airports, Marinas and construction and defence contracts. She is counselling the Republic mainly on issues concerning public contracts. She also has extensive judicial experience in administrative and constitutional law and in arbitration proceedings.
