Ο Τάκης Αράπογλου ξεκίνησε αρχικά την καριέρα του στις Διεθνείς Αγορές Κεφαλαίου και στην Επιχειρηματική και Επενδυτική Τραπεζική στο Λονδίνο και αργότερα  στη διαχείριση, αναδιάρθρωση και παροχή συμβουλών σε χρηματοπιστωτικά ιδρύματα και εταιρείες εισηγμένες στο Χρηματιστήριο κυρίως στην ΝΑ Ευρώπη και τη Μέση Ανατολή. Οι πιο πρόσφατες εκτελεστικές του θέσεις περιλαμβάνουν: Διευθύνων Σύμβουλος και παγκόσμιος επικεφαλής του κλάδου τραπεζών και κινητών αξιών για τη Citigroup, Πρόεδρος και Διευθύνων Σύμβουλος στο Συγκρότημα της Εθνικής Τράπεζας της Ελλάδος, και Διευθύνων Σύμβουλος της Εμπορικής Τραπεζικής στην EFG-Hermes Holding SAE. Διαθέτει εκτεταμένη εμπειρία σε διοικητικά συμβούλια και σήμερα κατέχει τις ακόλουθες θέσεις: Πρόεδρος του Διοικητικού Συμβουλίου της ναυτιλιακής εταιρίας Tsakos Energy Navigation (TEN) Ltd, μη-εκτελεστικό μέλος του Διοικητικού Συμβουλίου της EFG-Hermes Holding SAE και ανεξάρτητο μέλος του Διοικητικού Συμβουλίου της Bank Alfalah. Ο κος Αράπογλου κατέχει πτυχία Μαθηματικών, Μηχανολογίας και Διοίκησης από Ελληνικά και Βρετανικά Πανεπιστήμια.

Ο Πανίκος Νικολάου είναι ο Διευθύνων Σύμβουλος και μέλος του Διοικητικού Συμβουλίου της Τράπεζας Κύπρου από την 1η Σεπτεμβρίου του 2019.

Εντάχθηκε στο δυναμικό της Τράπεζας τον Ιανουάριο του 2001, και άρχισε την καριέρα του σε καίρια πόστα, κυρίως στον Τομέα Μεγάλων Επιχειρήσεων και της Διεύθυνσης Διαχείρισης Κινδύνων. Διετέλεσε Διευθυντής στη Διεύθυνση Αναδιάρθρωσης και Ανάκτησης Χρεών από τον Απρίλιο του 2014 μέχρι τον Ιούνιο 2016.  Διετέλεσε επίσης, Διευθυντής Διεύθυνσης Μεγάλων Επιχειρήσεων από τον Ιούνιο του 2016 μέχρι τον Αύγουστο του 2019.

Είναι κάτοχος πτυχίου (5ετούς φοίτησης) Μηχανολόγου Μηχανικού του Εθνικού Μετσόβιου Πολυτεχνείου Αθηνών και μεταπτυχιακού διπλώματος MSc in Mechanical & Industrial Engineering από το Πανεπιστήμιο του Ιλινόις  (Urbana-Champaign) των ΗΠΑ.  Είναι επίσης κάτοχος πτυχίου BSc Financial Services/ACIB από το Τμήμα Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων του Ινστιτούτου Επιστήμης και Τεχνολογίας του Πανεπιστημίου του Μάντσεστερ (UMIST) του Ηνωμένου Βασιλείου.

Ο Πανίκος είναι Πρόεδρος του Διοικητικού Συμβουλίου του Συνδέσμου Τραπεζών Κύπρου (ACB), Πρόεδρος του Διοικητικού Συμβουλίου του Εργοδοτικού Συνδέσμου Τραπεζών Κύπρου και μέλος του Διοικητικού Συμβουλίου και της Εκτελεστικής Επιτροπής της Κυπριακής Ομοσπονδίας Εργοδοτών και Βιομηχάνων Κύπρου (ΟΕΒ). Είναι επίσης μέλος της Ευρωπαϊκής Τραπεζικής Ομοσπονδίας (EBF).

Xenios is the Director of Corporate and SME Banking at Bank of Cyprus since January 2022. He is responsible for the wholesale Business (Corporate Banking Units, the Small and Medium Enterprises Banking Centres) and the Bank's Factoring Unit. He joined the Bank in 1993 as Management Trainee and served the Group from various managerial positions mainly in the Corporate and Credit Risk Departments. Prior to his appointment as Director of Corporate and SME Banking, he served as Director of Corporate from August 2019 until December 2021. Xenios holds a BBA with honours in Accounting from Southern Arkansas University, USA, and an MBA Finance with honours from Louisiana Tech University, USA. He is a member of the Board of Directors of General Insurance of Cyprus.
