Dr. Charalambos Vrasidas is the founder and Executive Director of CARDET, an international non-profit center based in Cyprus with more than two decades of global engagement. He is a Professor of Learning Innovations and Policy at the University of Nicosia. A lifelong learner, teacher, researcher, innovator, and social entrepreneur, he led the design and implementation of hundreds of initiatives in more than 40 countries. With a passion for education, digital transformation, wellbeing, and social justice, he represents Cyprus in European and international networks, including CONCORD, EAEA, and the North South Center for Global Education at the Council of Europe. He has published several books and over 100 journal articles, edited volumes, and conference proceedings. He co-directs the European Teacher Career and Well-being Observatory (www.teacherwellbeing.eu) and thepan-European initiative PERMA-Digital, focusing on a Whole School Approach to Digital Wellbeing.
