Celia has been providing the CONCORD secretariat’s policy and advocacy team strategic guidance since 2022. Prior to that she was the secretariat’s Senior Policy and Advocacy Advisor for Financing and Funding for Sustainable Development. Before joining CONCORD, Celia worked in Brussels for one of its members, Light For the World as EU Advocacy and Liaison Officer for four years, and at VOICE, the European humanitarian NGO platform as Senior Advocacy Officer for six years. She also has previous experience working on EU foreign and human rights policies in the Irish and Luxembourgish foreign ministries.
