Andreas Dermosoniades is a highly experienced ICT professional. Throughout his career, he has been employed by national and international technology companies in various management positions. He has an in-depth and sound knowledge of the ICT market in Cyprus and the surrounding area, understanding the business and technology needs of private enterprises and government departments and, therefore, advising all Cyprus organizations to embrace Digital Transformation. He has been actively involved in major, strategic Systems Integration and Infrastructure projects in the public as well as in the private sector in Cyprus contributing towards the Digital Transformation of the Country. Andreas is the Managing Director of Newcytech Business Solutions Ltd, a member of the Logicom Group, and he holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland and an MBA in Information Technology and Finance from the American University, Washington DC, USA. Andreas is the Secretary of the Board of Directors (BoD) of the Cyprus Information Technology Enterprises Association (CITEA), a member of the BoD of the American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham) which is operating under the auspices of the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCCI), as well as a member of the BoD of the Cyprus Employers and Industrialist Federation (OEB).
