Edward has renowned expertise in the restaurant and hospitality sector having served as VP Food & Beverage Marriott UKI & EMEA, Managing Director Tricon – Dubai, and has held key executive leadership roles at iconic properties such as JW Grosvenor House, Hyatt Carlton Tower, Mosimann’s and The Savoy. As an independent restaurateur, Edward has co-developed dining experiences and concepts across Middle East, Europe and UK & Ireland.
