DEMETRA is an Erasmus+ project aiming to empower women in rural areas to engage in agripreneurship. Through an innovative curriculum, mentoring scheme, and digital platform, the project strengthens entrepreneurial skills and mindsets. It addresses the gap in educational resources for VET providers and contributes to inclusive rural development by enabling women to play an active role in the agricultural sector.
