Chrysostomos Kridiotis is the Managing Director of Logicom Solutions, a company that provide end-to-end technology solutions and services spanning from strategic ideation and crafting of a digital vision to supporting organizations realize value through the right execution and implementation of technology projects. He joined Logicom Solutions in 2018 to help with the set-up of the digital advisory practice of the company, focusing on providing a complete set of services around Digital Transformation, Analytics and Cybersecurity. Previously, he served as the Country Lead for SAS in Cyprus and the Financial Services Lead for Bulgaria and Greece. Chrysostomos started his career in Citibank as a Risk Analyst and then moved to KPMG where he worked for the Financial Risk Management Department of the Firm. He holds a BA in Mathematics and Statistics from Macalester College in the US and an MSc in Operational Research from LSE in the UK.
Christodoulos Patsalides is a holder of a PhD in Economics from the London School of Economics. He worked at the Central Bank of Cyprus (CBC) and then at Bank of Cyprus, where he reached the position of First Deputy CEO. He also served as Chairman of the Board of the Association of Cyprus Banks and of Artemis Credit Bureau. In October 2020 he exited Bank of Cyprus and provided advisory services. In March 2023 he was appointed as Special Adviser to the President on Economic Affairs. Since 11 April 2024, he is the CBC Governor and a member of the Governing Council of the ECB.
Martin Neisen oversees the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) practice at PwC Germany, which includes a team of 500 professionals focused on GRC matters for banks, insurance companies, and asset managers. With over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, he is regarded as an authority in regulatory compliance, risk management, and the implementation of global standards such as Basel IV. He also leads the SSM Office within PwC, coordinating collaboration with SSM-supervised banks across the Eurozone.
Mr. Agioutantis (George) is the Chief Executive Officer and Executive member of the BoD of National Bank of Greece (Cyprus) Ltd since March 2023. Prior to his current role he has served as the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Board member of NBG Bank Malta Ltd, as well as the Chairman of the Board of NBG (Malta) Holdings Ltd, whilst before he held the role of Head of Business Strategy & Corporate Development at National Bank of Greece since 2014. Mr. Agioutantis started his career in 1995 in New York (USA) in investment banking/ structured finance with bulge-bracket firms (UBS, Citibank) and upon his return in Greece spent 12+ years in financial services advisory / consulting primarily working at Big-4 firms (EY, Arthur Andersen) and an additional 5+ years in commercial leadership positions with FinTech companies covering the EMEA region. His academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science (BSc.) in Finance and International Business from New York University (Leonard N. Stern School of Business) and a Master in Business Administration degree in Strategy & Operations from ALBA Graduate Business School (ACG)
Miltos graduated from Aston University (BSc Management and Computer Science) and also holds an MBA in Financial Studies from Nottingham University. He is a Chartered Director as awarded by the Institute of Directors (UK), and was also an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers. He has served in a number of executive positions and in boards of directors with banks in different countries. He started his career in 1992 at Laiki Bank, where he held several roles for 7 years leading to the position of Manager, Nicosia Corporate and Institutional Banking. He then moved to Petrolina Group (1999 to 2001) where he held the position of the Group Financial Manager for 2 years. In 2001, he moved to the top position of Laiki Bank (Australia) Ltd, (since renamed to Bank of Sydney), as General Manager, a post he held for 5 years. From 2006 until 2013 he worked at Laiki Bank (Cyprus) as the General Manager of International and Financial Services. For 2013 to 2016 he served at Bank of Cyprus as the Director of International Operations which expanded to include the Real Estate Management Unit (REMU) in 2015. In 2016 he returned to Bank of Sydney in Australia and held the position of the CEO until 2023. In 2023 he was appointed CEO of Alpha Bank Cyprus Ltd and an Executive Member of the Bank’s Board of Directors.
Aristidis Vourakis is the Chief Executive Officer of Astrobank Public Company Limited, appointed in September 2020. He became Chairman of the Association of Cyprus Banks in June 2024. With over 20 years of international banking experience, Aristidis Vourakis held roles at JPMorgan in London and as Deputy CEO of Bank Audi Group. He led significant transactions involving financial institutions in Europe, Greece and the Middle East. His expertise includes capital restructuring and management enhancements. He holds an M.Sc. in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics and a B.Sc. in Banking and Financial Management from the University of Piraeus.
Fotis Panagiotopoulos is a Managing Director leading the Strategy & Consulting practice of Accenture in Greece. He has over 15 years of experience in shaping and delivering large scale transformation programs for companies across industries in Greece and abroad. Fotis holds an MBA with Highest Distinction from the Athens University of Economics & Business, a BSc and an MSc degree in Information Systems & Communication Networks from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens.
Michael Charalambides comes from a banking background with solid academic and strategic foundation in macro-economics and politics. Since the dawn of the Fin-Tech industry Michael has become a part of many leading industry projects and regulatory bodies via contribution through his network of projects. He was part of the project that launched the first private POS payments terminal in Cyprus and now has taken on a new venture and created the family of ECOMMBX as an EMI regulated under the CBC. Michael’s favourite words that lead his vision are: “positive disruption” and “always work in the light”.
With an LLB and LLM in Medical Law from Nottingham Trent University, Adonis began his career as Cloud Research Manager at BroadGroup, where he specialised in researching the critical intersection between cloud technology and privacy law. Upon returning to Cyprus, he transitioned into journalism, writing for IMH’s GOLD Magazine and the online portal CBN.com. cy. His expertise in covering technology and finance has made him a respected voice in these sectors, providing in-depth analysis and commentary on the rapid changes shaping the local and global economy.
Dr Antonis Houry joined Eurobank Cyprus in 2011 and is the Chief Information Officer (CIO) of the Bank. He has extensive experience in Wealth and Asset Management, Investment Funds (UCITS and AIFs), Banking and Capital Markets. Previous work experience includes positions at Citigroup and Commerzbank in London where he specialised in complex derivatives and structured products. Antonis holds a PhD in Quantitative Finance, an MSc in Communications and Signal Processing and a BEng in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, all from Imperial College London. He is registered in the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission’s (CySEC) Public Register of Registered Persons as holder of the Advanced Certificate. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI) and of the Cyprus Investment Funds Association (CIFA) where he has also served as the Chairman of the FinTech Committee for a number of years.
Constantinos Karamanos has served as Chief Operations Officer (COO) at AstroBank since March 2022, leading the bank's Information Technology and Digital Transformation departments. He is responsible for implementing the bank's digital strategy, driving an ambitious program of technological advancement across all business areas. This program focuses on enhancing internal operational efficiency and delivering customer-centric, user-friendly tools and self-service solutions. While a recent addition to AstroBank, Mr. Karamanos brings over 24 years of experience in the financial services industry, including eight years in the Life and General insurance sector. Throughout his career, he has held leadership positions in IT departments and played key roles in the implementation of large-scale projects. Mr. Karamanos holds a BEng in Software Engineering and an MBA.
Demetris Nicolaou is the Chief Digital Officer at Bank of Cyprus and is responsible for the Bank’s Digital Channels, the Digital Economy Platform and the delivery of the Digital Transformation initiatives. He joined the Bank of Cyprus in 2017 as Manager Digital Transformation to oversee the delivery of the Bank’s Digital Transformation program. Prior to joining Bank of Cyprus, Demetris held various technology roles in the UK working for UBS Investment Bank from 2007 until 2012 and Citibank from 2012 until 2016 where he was most recently the Global Head of Futures eTrading technology. Upon his repatriation to Cyprus, he took the role of Chief Product Developent Officer at FxPro Financial Services. Demetris holds a BEng in Computing from Imperial College, London, UK and is also a CFA Charterholder.
Nikolas Anastasiou is the Director of Business Solutions and Services of Logicom Solutions, focusing in providing software solutions and advisory services around Digital Transformation, Data, Analytics and AI. Nikolas has also served as Head of Analytics and Digital of the Business Consulting Services of the company. Before joining Logicom Solutions, Nikolas has co-founded and served as Technology Director at Emergent Systems, specializing in providing analytics and business intelligence services in the financial sector. Nikolas holds BSc, MSc and PhD degrees, starting with mathematics and specializing in computing, from Imperial College London. He also obtained an MBA degree from CIIM where he also served for over 3 years as visiting faculty, teaching Data Mining, Decision-Making and Visualization.
Stalo is an independent financial advisor with extensive experience across the financial sector, specializing in capital and debt markets, public takeovers, investment banking transactions and corporate financial advisory. She has in-depth knowledge of the EU harmonized regulatory framework for investment firms, publicly listed entities and funds. Stalo holds a BSc (Hons) in Financial and Business Economics from Royal Holloway University of London and an MSc in Finance and Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). She is a Qualified Risk Director® and holds the Certificate in Risk Governance® from The DCRO Institute. Stalo serves on the Board of Directors of The Cyprus Development Bank and Cosmos Insurance.

Demetra is an experienced banking and legal professional having worked in the industry for 20 years. Demetra holds a PhD in Banking Law and an LLB from the University of Bristol. She is a member of the Cyprus Bar Association, having joined in 2004, and a certified Nominated Advisor (NOMAD) of the Cyprus Securities Stock Exchange. She worked for 17 years with the Association of Cyprus Banks as Head of the Legal Department, until 2021. Since 2021 she is a partner at the Nicosia based boutique Law firm Plati, Parparinos & Associates LLC, MAP Legal Aliant. She is the Vice-Chair of Ancoria Bank. Demetra teaches Banking Law as a visiting lecturer at the European Institute of Management and Finance and the London Governance and Compliance Academy.
Michael Kammas is since January 2006 the Director General of the Association of Cyprus Banks, a Member of the Executive Committee of the European Banking Federation (EBF), Brussels and a Member of the General Assembly of the European Money Markets Institute (EMMI). Since May 20017 he is also the Chair of the Audit, Budget, and Risk Committee of the EBF. He has been active in academic and professional education, both in Cyprus and in the US. Michael holds a BA Economics and an MA Economics, from Roosevelt University in Chicago, Illinois, USA and a PhD in Economics from the University of Utah, Salt Lake City, Utah, USA.
