Vicky Christophidou is the AMLCO/CRO of ECOMMBX . She has recently joined the Company after being with PwC Cyprus for a total of 15 years. During her career, Vicky serviced a wide range of financial services clients including credit institutions, EMIs and investment firms, offering advisory services in the areas of regulatory compliance, governance, internal audit / internal controls and risk. Vicky has a specialization in the area of risk management and Basel III.

Steven Hatzakis has led the research at ForexBrokers.com since 2016, bringing over 20 years’ experience from the online brokerage industry. Passionate about helping consumers, Steven has spoken and moderated numerous forex and finance industry panels across the globe. Steven has served as a registered commodity futures representative for domestic and internationally-regulated brokerages and holds a Series III license in the US as a Commodity Trading Advisor (CTA). In addition to forex, Steven is an avid cryptocurrency researcher, advisor, investor, and trader. Steven first wrote about Bitcoin market inefficiencies in 2013 and continues to contribute to open-source technology, consumer education, and self-regulatory initiatives.

Gregory Armon-Jones has been an FX Headhunter for over 15 years and worked for over a decade at Armstrong International running their global FX / Macro Search business. In 2018 he launched his own firm based out of London, where he is focused on placing people within FX across the buy-side and sell[1]side. He is also working with a number of FinTech and FX brokers.

Omar Arnaout has worked at XTB since January 2007. He started his career in the Sales Department and later held the position of Deputy Director in XTB Romania and XTB Italy. Between 2012 and 2014 he worked as the Director of Foreign Branches at Noble Securities S.A., while in 2014 he returned to XTB. Before becoming the groups CEO he held the positions of xStore CEO, UK Retail Sales Director and Regional Director for Poland, Hungary, Germany and Romania. From 23 March 2017 he is the President of the Management Board of the Company. He graduated in 2005 with a master’s degree from the Warsaw School of Economics with a major in Banking and Finance.

Menny Tsarfati is Regional Manager of Red Hat Solutions Architects. The purpose of his job is to lead the solutions focused on the business needs of the co customers, while realizing Red Hat’s values: innovation, entrepreneurship, transparency with customers, and transparency with the open source community. Tsarfati has many years of experience in IT, from infrastructure to software and IT Strategy. His record includes dozens of successful projects in the IT worlds, from virtualization and server consolidation, Data center automation systems, service-oriented architecture design and implementation, Business process modeling and analysis, and Organization and IT strategy. Menny is an expert for communication and security, Cross-IT systems, and work processes, high-level design of data centers, business continuity and central information security systems. Tsarfati, a graduate of Statistics & Mathematics, teaches CIO courses and Academy Master degrees on Computer Science for SOA and Micro-services. In his previous positions, he served as a Business Solutions Strategist at VMware and CTO Global Account at HP.
