Marios Kapiris
Director, Kyndryl Cyprus

Marios Kapiris is the General Manager of Kyndryl in Cyprus, also responsible for the Alliances for both Greece and Cyprus. Previously, he was the Country Manager for IBM where he began his career in Cyprus back in 2001, holding various regional management positions in Australia, New Zealand and Greece. He holds a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Keele, an MSc from University of Leeds Business School in International Management and is a qualified ACIM from Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK). Marios currently represents Kyndryl Cyprus as a Board Member and President of the Digital Transformation Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in Cyprus, Vice President of the Cyprus Institute of Marketing, and Board Member of the Cyprus Tech Association. In the past he also served as Board Member at the Cyprus Employers and Industrialists Federation and a Board Member of the Cyprus Information Technology Enterprises Association.

Davor Malojčić
Managing Director, Kyndryl Central Eastern Europe & Eastern Mediterranean

Davor Malojčić is Managing Director of Kyndryl CEE&EM (Central and Eastern Europe & Eastern Mediterranean). Kyndryl professionals partner with leading clients in CEE&EM to modernize applications and systems on the cloud and build, run and maintain IT environments. Davor has progressive 20+ years experience in business management, sales and delivery with a proven track record in effective development of diverse cross-country and cross-functional teams. Before joining Kyndryl in 2021 he was General Manager of IBM Global Technology Services CEE. He has joined IBM in 1998. During his time in IBM he was involved in multiple succesful digital tranformation projects in government institutions, financial organizations and telecommunication industry in the role of project manager, sales representative and services leader of the local and regional IBM offices. At the beginning of his career, he gained international experience in the oil industry, where he worked as field geophysicist for seismic exploration company Western Geophysical in the countries of Western Europe and Africa. Davor has got MBA degree from Henley Management College, UK. He has been developing his business skills through courses and programs in leading business schools such as London Business School, INSEAD, Boston College and Harvard Business School. He has graduated at University of Zagreb, Croatia.

Apostolos Leonidhopoulos
Managing Director, Kyndryl Greece & Cyprus

Apostolos Leonidhopoulos is the Managing Director of Kyndryl Greece and Cyprus since the spin off from IBM in September 2021. Apostolos has more than 33 years of experience in sales, IT and people management from different leadership roles at IBM. He has led several strategic IT projects across the industries helping local clients to digitally transform and build modern IT infrastructures. He started his career managing the relationship of IBM with key clients in the Financial sector and held the position of Sales Manager for Greece and Cyprus from 2009 to 2015. Since 2015 and before joining Kyndryl, Apostolos was a Manager of IBM Global Technology Services for Greece & Cyprus where he was responsible for both the sales and delivery of the full range of IBM’s infrastructure services as well as the support of IBM hardware and software products. In this position he built the foundations of the managed services and technology integration business which transferred from IBM to Kyndryl. Apostolos has been leading Kyndryl Greece & Cyprus since becoming a separate, independent company, securing a smooth transition of customers, delivery capability and enabling the transformation to capture the new opportunities. Apostolos holds a degree in Computer Science from Imperial College, UK.

Demetris Nissiotis
President of the Cyprus Information Technology Enterprises Association (CITEA)

Demetris Nissiotis is a seasoned ICT professional and executive, with over 25 years of experience in diverse roles across the industry. He has acquired valuable insights of the trends and advancements in the international ICT arena and has a deep understanding of the unique ICT environment in Cyprus, including the initiatives, developments, limitations and challenges that local organizations and technology enterprises encounter. Throughout his career, Demetris has been actively involved in numerous large-scale, mission-critical digital transformation projects for prominent organizations both in Cyprus and abroad. With a proven track record of success in the public and private sectors, Demetris and his team have consistently delivered effective and efficient digital solutions, enabling clients to achieve their business objectives. Demetris earned his BSc degree in Computer Science from the University of Cyprus and has been a key member of NetU Consultants Ltd since 1997, where he currently serves as CEO. He is the President of the Cyprus Information Technology Enterprises Association (CITEA)

George Kousis
Acting Executive Director Technology and Operations, Bank of Cyprus

George was appointed as Acting Executive Director Technology and Operations in January 2022. In his role, he is responsible for the Technology Strategy and Operations, Technology Projects and Service Delivery and Operations. He joined the Bank of Cyprus in 1998 where he worked from multiple positions helping the Bank establish its Data Infrastructure including the Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence Platforms, a comprehensive Business Performance Management Framework, and the Regulatory Reporting infrastructure. He was also involved in key milestones and large projects including technology modernisation and regulatory projects. In 2017 George led the Enterprise Architecture and Strategy function setting the technical foundation for the Bank's Digital Transformation initiative that began in late 2017. In September 2017 he was appointed as Manager Information Technology Services, leading key initiatives including the implementation of the Digital and Branch transformation initiatives and supporting the Bank's NPL reduction initiatives. In 2021, he proposed the adoption of the Agile methodology and has been leading the implementation of a new 'Value Stream' based Technology Delivery Operating Model. Prior to working for Bank of Cyprus, George worked for a Financial Services startup and as a research associate at the University of Texas at San Antonio. George holds a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Arizona and an MSc in Computer Science from the University of Texas at San Antonio, USA.

Fotis Kosmatos
Manager Client Unit & Sales, Kyndryl Greece & Cyprus

Fotis Kosmatos is the Manager of Client Unit & Sales of Kyndryl Greece and Cyprus. Within his role, he is helping clients drive efficient, profitable growth, balance costs with agility, improve their risk management and industry differentiation by benefiting from Kyndryl’s deep industry experience in delivering the transformation of industries and professions with data, remaking the enterprise for the era of cloud, and enabling systems of engagement for the enterprise with social and mobile technologies. In his previous role, he was the Global Technology Services Sales Manager and Cloud Services leader for IBM Greece and Cyprus. He was also part of the IBM European Blockchain team of experts, leading business development activities and helping clients solving real-world problems with Blockchain. Fotis started his career in IBM back in 2009, holding since then several Sales and Business development roles Global Technology Services and Global Markets Divisions. He holds a Bachelor’s in Computers’ Engineering and Informatics Development from University of Patras, an MSc in Distributed Information Systems from Heriot Watt University, Edinburgh UK and an MBA from Warwick Business School, UK, focusing on Fintech and disruptive innovation in the Banking Sector.

Constantinos Kattirdjis
Partner Development Director, Microsoft Central and Eastern Europe

Constantinos Kattirdjis is an experienced digital transformation executive with a demonstrated history of working with both Customers and Partners. Konstantinos had many roles in my professional career with multinationals such as IBM and Microsoft as a systems engineer, security consultant, pre-sales consultant, bid manager, account manager, business development executive, digital technology and innovation evangelist, Partner Development Manager. His current role includes the responsibility of Partner Development for Microsoft in Central and Eastern Europe overseeing channels of more than twenty countries.
