Blair Sheppard
Global Leader, Strategy and Leadership for the PwC network, USA

Blair Sheppard joined PwC in 2012 as Global Leader, Strategy and Leadership and he leads the team that is responsible for articulating PwC’s global strategy across 155 countries and the development of the current and next generation of PwC leaders. He is also Professor Emeritus and Dean Emeritus of Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. As Dean, Blair was the primary architect of Duke Kunshan University in China, which opened in 2014. Blair has advised more than 100 companies and governments in the areas of leadership, corporate strategy, organizational relationships and design, and has published more than 50 books and articles. His most recent publications, A crisis of legitimacy and Adapting to a new world in strategy+business magazine, focus on the most acute global challenges facing the world today, including those of the post-COVID-19 landscape. His book Ten years to midnight: four global crises and their strategic solutions was published in August 2020.

Athena Neophytou

Athena Neophytou was born in Nicosia, Cyprus. She obtained her Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Aston Business School in Birmingham. Athena Neophytou has more than 15 years of experience in strategic human resources management. In 2007 she became the HR Assistant Manager of C.A. Papaellinas Emporiki Ltd (Alphamega Hypermarkets). She holds a Certificate of Industrial Relations issued by the Cyprus Ministry of Labour, Welfare & Social Insurance. In addition she is an actively member in Cyprus Human Resources Association (CyHRMA) from 2015; in 2021 she became the Vise President of the CyHRMA and holds the same title to this day.

Associate Professor in the Department of Management, University of Nicosia School of Business

Epaminondas Epaminonda is an Associate Professor in the Management Department of the Business School of the University of Nicosia. He is also the Associate Head of the Department and the Coordinator of the Bachelor Program in Business Administration. He has more than 20 years of university teaching experience, having taught courses primarily in the areas of Management, Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour. He also has seven years of industry work experience, having worked in the banking, tourism and market research sectors. His research interests are in the areas of comparative management, values change, job satisfaction and business-society interactions. Dr. Epaminonda holds BA and MA degrees from the University of Cambridge, an MBA from Imperial College and a PhD from Manchester Business School.

Marianna Hadjiandoniou
Founder, PERHA Group

Marianna Hadjiandoniou is an expert in HR strategies, and business reorganizations. She is an Executive HR professional and experienced consultant, with a wide exposure to local and international companies. She practices HR Consulting, with a focus on defining and implementing HR strategies, initiating the HR function during start up operations, and managing the HR aspects of large-scale reorganizations. She has a solid background in managing all HR areas and downsizing exercises, as well as mass recruitment and restructuring. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and she holds an MSc in Human Resource Management from Surrey University, UK. George Christodoulides
Head, Human Resources, Hellenic Bank

George Chistodoulides studied Business Administration (B.Sc.) at the American College of Greece and then Banking Management (MBA) at the University of Exeter in the United Kingdom. He began his career in 1993 at the Bank of Cyprus, worked for the Bank of Cyprus in Greece as HR Manager (1998-2005), for the Bank of Cyprus Group (Cyprus, Greece, UK, Russia, Ukraine, Romania and Australia) as a Senior HR Manager (2005-2009) and as a General Manager of HR in 2009-2013, where main responsibilities included culture alignment across the Group and implementation of trademarked Group HR practices, adjusted to every country’s realities. He then proceeded to work as Group HR Manager of Lanitis Group of Companies, where emphasis was given on the Delayering of the Group’s Structure, the development of the Group’s Corporate Culture and the formulation of a Family Succession Planning Program. In 2015-2017, he worked as an HR Director of Baker Tilly and as a Managing Director of the HR Consulting Services of Baker Tilly in South East Europe, providing Human Resources Consulting services to companies from different industries, such as the biggest Cypriot Banking Institutions, insurance companies, retail companies, etc. On 5th December 2017, he joined Hellenic Bank to lead Human Resources.

Marilena Iordanou-Ioannidou
Manager Rewards & Organizational Effectiveness, Bank of Cyprus

Marilena Iordanou-Ioannidou is an experienced HR professional with extensive experience across all HR areas, spanning over 20 years in both Cyprus and the UK. She has a demonstrable track record of delivering value-adding HR solutions within a fast moving/developing business environment as well as experience in delivering organisational change projects (including culture and transformation) with a focus on achieving pragmatic solutions to meet business needs within a commercial environment. Theodoros Mitsingas leads a team of maritime professionals in the bunker industry (fuel supply to ships) out of two offices in Limassol and Athens. He was repatriated to his hometown of Limassol in 2016 to open Monjasa’s local subsidiary company after spending 5 years in Denmark working at the Embassy of the Republic of Cyprus as a European Affairs Consultant and Monjasa AS out of Fredericia and Copenhagen offices. He has a BA in Politics with International Studies from the University of Surrey and an MA in European Studies from University College London (UCL), of which he is also an alumni. Theodoros Mitsingas also studied MA International Studies at the University of Copenhagen School of Social Sciences. He is motivated by people's growth and development.
