He leads learning events so managers & leaders understand how decisions impact performance, and consults with organisations for planning and implementation. Phil works globally, including with the European Institute of Management and Finance (EIMF) in Cyprus. His experience includes Senior Project Management in insurance and banking. The combination of practical management plus training means theory is combined with practice – good, bad, but always learning. Phil is Finance Director of the Professional Speaking Association, and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.

Pat Lucey, M.Eng., PMI-ACP, PMP, has served on the Board of Directors of Project Management Institute since 2024. He is a long-time PMI volunteer and is president emeritus of PMI’s Ireland Chapter, where he served as a President and/or Director for 10 years. Lucey is a co-founder of Aspira, an international consultancy delivering technology, project management and business advisory services, and served as Aspira’s CEO and chairperson from 2007-2022. Prior to Aspira, he was director of project management at Motorola for 17 years and an engineer with Siemens. He is a regular speaker at conferences around the world, where he shares practical entrepreneurial and project management skills. Lucey holds master’s degrees in Engineering and Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Limerick, Ireland.

Lysa, with over 20 years’ experience, is an expert in unlocking human potential across diverse organisations. Her expertise spans business strategy, culture, behavioural science, emotional intelligence, and more. She holds an Executive MBA from Newcastle University where she is also a Senior Lecturer in Transformation and is a qualified EMCC Master Coach, an NLP Master Practitioner and Accredited Trainer, and a proud TEDx speaker.

Christian Napier is the Director of Tools, AI, Standards and Education for the Division of Technology Services in the State of Utah (USA), where he oversees all AI implementations across 29 state agencies. He has more than 30 years’ experience in technology leadership and serves as a Knowledge and Learning Advisor to the International Olympic Committee.

Marios Pelekanos graduated as an Architect Engineer from the National Technical University of Athens in 1989, and in 1990 he received his M.Sc. from Bartlett School of Architecture and Planning, University College London. From 1993 until 2011 he worked as a Partner at the “Polytia Armos” Architectural Office, where he completed a large number of private and public architectural projects and received prizes and awards at eleven architectural competitions. Since 2011 he is a freelance Architect Consultant, collaborating mainly with the architectural firm of “Omass Architecture” in Nicosia. In 2024 he received his Ph.D. Degree from the National Technical University of Athens for his research on the constructional analysis of the 15^th century timber-roofed churches in Troodos area, in Cyprus. His academic career started in 2009 and he is currently an Associate Professor and Vice Head of the Department of Architecture at Frederick University Cyprus. He teaches Architectural Design and Technology courses of the “Architectural Engineering Diploma – Integrated Master” and Constructional Analysis and Restoration Methods courses of the Master’s Degree (DL) in “Conservation and Restoration of Historical Structures and Monuments”.
