*Registration is subject to the number of available places. Registration may be considered as valid only when you have received a confirmatory e-mail from the Secretariat of the event.
***Each organization is entitled to two attendees with physical presence– any additional guests will be able to watch the event via live stream online.
***This will be a physical event, held in compliance with all the public health regulations in force at the time, based on developments regarding COVID-19. To ensure the maximum safety of our guests, the organisers require all guests to be fully vaccinated in order to gain access to the event. Do not forget to present your SafePass in digital or in printed form, including the relevant QR code. The Organizers will check the validity of the certificate by scanning the QR code (indicated on the vaccination certificate).
