Alison Cosadinos leads Aon’s UK international wealth solutions team and provide a range of advice to multinational companies about their retirement plans around the world. Alison has extensive experience working in the area of international pensions, including 11 years as Director of International Pensions & Benefits at Royal Bank of Canada, where she was responsible for international pension & benefit governance and strategy for the Bank outside North America, working in Canada, the US and Trinidad, and as a Senior Consultant in the Global Pension Risk team at HSBC. Alison specialises in global retirement governance, financial wellbeing and diversity & inclusion.
