Evelyn is an IT Officer at the Digital Services Factory (DSF) of the Cyprus Government. She has the role of the Mini Competition Coordinator of the new Framework for the Digital Transformation of Government Services, which aims to deliver high impact user-facing services across a range of departments and ministries through mini-competitions.
She works closely with all the involved stakeholders (Suppliers, Contracting Authorities and Service Owners), to support the successful conduct of mini competitions and to ensure that services meet the needs of the government, according to the DSF Service Standard.
Previously, she has worked as a project coordinator supporting the promotion of horizontal and strategic eGovernment projects, such as the Government Portal Gov.cy. Evelyn is also specializing in the field of business analysis and she has experience in reengineering processes for governmental services that achieved improvements and delivered value to the users. Voter’s Registration Service, School Registration are some of the projects she has been involved in.
She has been working for the Cyprus Government since September 1991 and is a member of DSF since July 2021.
