Jennifer O’Neill is an Associate Partner within Aon’s Responsible Investment team, where she has responsibility for client education and solution delivery along with thought leadership. She is recognized across Aon and our client base as a leading expert in responsible Investment, and leads Aon’s work with its largest and most sophisticated clients in this important area. Jennifer is a regular speaker at conferences in Europe and the UK. Before joining Aon in 2017, Jennifer spent four years as a fund manager, where she was responsible for portfolio construction and management of long-only equity and multi-asset portfolios for institutional investors.
