Marilena Iordanou-Ioannidou is an experienced HR professional with extensive experience across all HR areas, spanning over 20 years in both Cyprus and the UK. She has a demonstrable track record of delivering value-adding HR solutions within a fast moving/developing business environment as well as experience in delivering organisational change projects (including culture and transformation) with a focus on achieving pragmatic solutions to meet business needs within a commercial environment. Through her current role in Bank of Cyprus she is responsible for a multitude of HR areas including, but not limited to, Rewards & Recognition, Organizational Development, Workforce Planning, Employee Relations, Recruitment, Career Management and Employee Wellbeing. Marilena holds a BA and an MSc in Economics from the Universities of Leicester and Bristol respectively, as well as an MSc in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management from the University of Oxford.
