Oren Plotkin has accumulated vast experience in the construction and development of real-estate projects, since 1996. During these 25 years of activity, Oren has managed and has been a partner in a group of companies involved in the construction of more than 200 projects as sub-contractors either as turnkey contractors. These projects were of different sectors, such as residential, commercial, hotels, airports, and infrastructure located in Israel, Romania, Jamaica, Turkey, Caicos, and more. Managing these activities involved all aspects of real estate projects’ development-purchase of lands, planning (both on the municipal and district levels), financing, construction, and marketing.
