Pushkar Shah, Vice President of the UK Consultant team in MSCI Real Estate based in the London office and has been with MSCI for 8 years.
MSCI’s Real Estate solution supplies detailed indices and benchmarks to the commercial real estate market. Since joining the team, Pushkar has been instrumental in the research, product delivery, and commercialization of real estate benchmarking and attribution.
Pushkar started his career at IPD as an analyst going on to hold various positions within the UK business, specializing in Property Fund Vision handbook and Forestry Index, then in client management, specializing in Pension schemes and Asset Owners.
Prior to joining MSCI, Pushkar has worked with JP Morgan as an analyst in their Treasury and Securities Services. Pushkar holds a post-graduate Master’s Degree in Management Studies from Mumbai University.
