Theo Pepanides is a Senior Partner with McKinsey & Company. He joined McKinsey in 2000 and has served banking clients in Europe, the UK, North America, Turkey, the Middle East and Asia. He has led McKinsey’s financial institutions practice in Greece and Cyprus for 15 years, and McKinsey’s Credit Risk practice globally. He currently leads McKinsey’s Risk practice in the EEMA region (Eastern Europe, Middle East & Africa).
