The Project Management Institute’s (PMI) Cyprus Chapter organizes The 3rd Project Management Conference on the 15th of November 2019 at Hilton Park Hotel, in Nicosia, Cyprus.
Project Management has become an inevitable component of a modern business and/or organization which aims to deliver business value at each step of the way and maintain its competitive advantage in today’s global economy. Project Management is the application of knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to program activities that meet the overall project’s requirements. Nowadays, a project manager not only needs to obtain the skills to manage the technical aspects of a project, but also to be able to lead his/her team with intelligence and implement strategic business management principles.
The framework and standards of the Project Management Institute (PMI)® are considered to be the best and most versatile across all industry sectors. They can be complemented by other Project Management methods and frameworks and provide the processes required to successfully deliver projects within their constraints and to satisfy stakeholders’ expectations. The PMI’s Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBoK)® guide incorporates guidelines that satisfy the most demanding environments, including those required by agile practitioners.
The Project Management Institute (PMI) Cyprus Chapter organizes for the 3rd consecutive year the ‘Project Management Conference’. For the past 2 years the conference managed to bring together not only Project Managers but Professionals from different industries and sectors in Cyprus and abroad.
