This IMCAP-funded project raises awareness among young people, students, households, and stakeholders (retailers, hoteliers, educators) on food waste and the European Union’s Common Agricultural Policy (CAP). Through live cooking events, surveys, media campaigns, and creative outreach actions, it promotes responsible food behavior and highlights the importance of CAP for sustainable agriculture and consumption.
