He was involved with the OECD well before the BEPS project began and is one of PwC&#8217;s representatives on the tax committee of Business at the OECD. Phil drafts, edits or reviews PwC\u2019s written responses to tax consultations of supranational bodies like the OECD, Platform for Collaboration on Tax and European Commission.
