Raluca has over 15 years experience in EU and international direct tax law, more recently with a focus on anti-abuse measures and transparency initiatives, including the EU Mandatory Disclosure Rules, the OECD BEPS 2.0 initiative, EU anti-abuse legislation and state aid issues.
