He passed the professional qualifications of chartered auditor, US CPA and tax advisor and he worked for more than 10 years in the field of international financial reporting and taxation in the private sector. In 2006, Reinhard joined the European Commission in DG MARKT in charge of international financial reporting standards IFRS in the EU.
