He has worked on M&amp;A sell-side, buy-side and capital raising projects in various industries, most notably in consumer goods, building materials, food production and leisure sectors. Reinholds is experienced in M&amp;A process management and process material preparation, having worked on more than 20 sell-side and buy-side transactions over the last 5 years. His most notable recent transactions are advising Tet, the leading technology and entertainment operator in Latvia, on their acquisition of Telia Latvija; advising Saint-Gobain on their sale of Glassolutions\u2019 glass processing unit in Estonia; and the acquisition of Kafe Serviss on behalf of private equity-backed acquiror.
