She has a demonstrable track record of delivering value-adding HR solutions within a fast moving\/developing business environment as well as experience in delivering organisational change projects (including culture and transformation) with a focus on achieving pragmatic solutions to meet business needs within a commercial environment. Through her current role in Bank of Cyprus she is responsible for a multitude of HR areas including, but not limited to, Rewards &amp; Recognition, Organizational Development, Workforce Planning, Employee Relations, Recruitment, Career Management and Employee Wellbeing.
