Before joining Georgiades &amp; Pelides LLC, Dominique was a Vice President in the alternative funds segment of BlackRock (in London) for two years. Her main areas of practice include advising on international M&amp;A and financing transactions, banking regulation, merger control and the establishment and distribution of private investment funds.
