He is responsible for implementing the bank&#8217;s digital strategy, driving an ambitious program of technological advancement across all business areas. This program focuses on enhancing internal operational efficiency and delivering customer-centric, user-friendly tools and self-service solutions. While a recent addition to AstroBank, Mr. Karamanos brings over 24 years of experience in the financial services industry, including eight years in the Life and General insurance sector. Throughout his career, he has held leadership positions in IT departments and played key roles in the implementation of large-scale projects.
