Directly after university, her rich and long career in Procter &amp; Gamble started and continues 23 years later, passing through many different roles and organizations of Product Supply and 4 different countries. Started in Engineering in Belgium, building manufacturing sites for Fabric &amp; Home care business in Europe for about 8 years, followed by a few years in Initiative planning. Sophia moved to Greece, after 10 years in Belgium, as the Supply Network Operations leader of our newly acquired business in Beauty care, Wella, where she built the supply chain department. Then Sophia became the Physical Distribution Leader in Greece (Warehousing, Transportation &amp; Customization) based in Athens. Her last assignment has been the South East Europe Supply Chain Leader based in Bucharest, Romania while currently she is leading Europe Transportation for Finished goods and International Trade in Europe (I-trade).
