Charlotte designed and developed the firm\u2019s discretionary platform and remains closely focussed on maintaining excellence in client service. Charlotte is a member of the firm\u2019s three investment committees, bringing her understanding of client goals and their structuring needs to the investment process. She also chairs CapGen\u2019s Business Risk Committee. Charlotte leads the firm\u2019s connections with the wider private client industry \u2013 she has served as a STEP judge and as a member of the Panel of Experts and has written for a range of news outlets including national and industry titles. She has a background in financial policy having spent several years at HM Treasury advising Conservative and Labour Chancellors on issues including corporation tax and pensions policy before working in Brussels in the Diplomatic Service during the launch of the euro. She also worked at the FSA advising on European and consumer policy.
