Rachael joined Aon in 1998 and is an Actuary by profession, having graduated from Trinity College Dublin and successfully pursued an M.S.C from Strathclyde University in Scotland. Until her recent appointment she led the Retirement &amp; Investment business in Ireland. Rachael is a member of the Aon Global Executive Leadership Team and the Global Inclusive Leadership Council (GILC).
