Current function a truly international one with accountability of hotel (accommodation\/product) purchasing in more than 25 overseas destinations (e.g. Greece, Cyprus, Turkey, Italy, etc.) which requires in depth knowledge of primary source markets (e.g. UK, Germany, Russia, Benelux, USA etc.). Highly complex function with high end financial and commercial accountability and risk, together with mass cross border people management. A leader who responds to challenges with confidence, determination, and focus, while had direct reports up to 20 employees and company responsibility for up to 1500 employees. Fluent in English, Russian, Croatian. US and Croatian citizens with long term residencies in Russia and Turkey.
