He is responsible for managing the overall global operations for the company in 23 countries across the World, managing nearly 2500 employees, with 1800 in India alone. He spearheads the vision of the company to be a fully integrated healthcare provider with a focus towards the bottom of the pyramid, both at source and at markets.
