Born on December 26, 1965, he had his first experience with baking, at the family bakery in Athienou, where he started working at a young age to help his father. After getting to know and love baking, he decided to expand his education on the profession, by pursuing further studies at reputable bakeries and confectioneries in Greece and Italy, where he gained in-depth expertise on the art of bread-making. Additionally, he completed a two-year program by the European Business Development Group. He has also presented studies at various conferences, participated in specialized bakery and confectionery seminars in Cyprus and abroad, and has tutored professionals of the sector. In 1988, he led the opening of the family business\u2019 first shop in Nicosia, which was the first important step in the company\u2019s expansion throughout Cyprus.
