She is also member of the Advisory Board of Women In Finance UK and a member of Innovate Finance. She was selected to the Women In FinTech Powerlist in 2019 and 2020. Prior to Blend Network, Roxana was vice president of commodities at Morgan Stanley and before that at Barclays, where she was responsible for the design and implementation of fundamental and tactical trade ideas advising institutional investors and pension funds.
