Chris has extensive experience in advising governments, including as Head of Business Tax Policy in the UK\u2019s HM Treasury. He is Chairman of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England &amp; Wales\u2019s Tax Technical and Oversight Committee and founder of its Policy Committee; a Council Member of the Institute of Fiscal Studies and chair of the Forum of Tax Professionals, from where he advises UK Ministers on the making of tax policy.
