Liz represents the Government in international forums on digital government and providing research and insight on digital transformation. She leads the analysis and insight function, supporting both the UK Government and partner countries on best practices in digital transformation. Previously she has held various other positions at Government Digital Service, such as the Senior Programme Analyst for both the GOV.UK and GOV.UK Verify Programmes.
