Patricia Torres is the Global Head of Sustainable Finance Solutions at Bloomberg LP. Bloomberg’s ecosystem of sustainable finance solutions offers data-driven insights to help business, finance and policy professionals evaluate assets and report on material environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues in today’s economy. As part of her role, Patricia also oversees the Bloomberg Gender-Equality Index, which tracks the financial performance of public companies committed to supporting gender equality through policy development, representation, and transparency. Patricia has spent 19 years with Bloomberg in diverse roles ranging from Sales, strategy, data management, to product development. Prior to that, she started her career as a management consultant. Patricia has a degree in economics from Universidade Nova de Lisboa and has completed various post-graduate courses in corporate finance, enterprise selling, corporate governance, and negotiation.
