He works with companies across industries on topics of HR, Reward, Diversity and Inclusion and equal pay and he is passionate about inspiring, empowering and enabling people and organisations to embrace the opportunities of the workforce. Johannes is leading PwC’s “People in ESG” practice across the EMEA region which includes an important capability around Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. He developed PwC’s EQUALSALARY Certification service which enabled him to gain in-depth insights on equal pay practices across the world.
