Darren Young joined The Fan Experience Company in 2017. He has a background in customer service where he was a consultant to some of the leading service organisations on areas of staff training, customer feedback and complaint management, as well as the set-up of contact centers and customer service departments. He has an MBA, in which he focused on the differences between the UK and United States service industries. In sport, he works with several associations, leagues and clubs to measure and improve the fan experience at stadiums, including at the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar.
