Reinholds is an associate director at Oaklins Latvia. He has worked on M&A sell-side, buy-side and capital raising projects in various industries, most notably in consumer goods, building materials, food production and leisure sectors. Reinholds is experienced in M&A process management and process material preparation, having worked on more than 20 sell-side and buy-side transactions over the last 5 years. His most notable recent transactions are advising Tet, the leading technology and entertainment operator in Latvia, on their acquisition of Telia Latvija; advising Saint-Gobain on their sale of Glassolutions’ glass processing unit in Estonia; and the acquisition of Kafe Serviss on behalf of private equity-backed acquiror. Reinnholds has been with Oaklins since 2018 and he has a BSc in Economics and Finance from the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga.
