Dr. Celia Hadjichristodoulou is the Founder and Managing Director of GrantXpert Consulting Ltd and Administrative Director of the Future Skills Hub at the European University Cyprus. She holds a PhD from the University of Sheffield, an MPhil from the Judge Business School of the University of Cambridge, and a BSc in Accounting and Finance (First Class Honours) from the London School of Economics. In 2009, she founded GrantXpert Consulting, a leading EU consultancy firm, currently employing 18 professionals. She received the “Madame Figaro Businesswoman of the Year” award in 2019. From 2004 to 2019, she was a Visiting Lecturer at several Cypriot universities (EUC, UNIC, CIM, CIIM). She specialises in leadership, soft skills, skills of the future, strategy, and team dynamics, and has successfully trained over 8,000 professionals. Recognized as a “Top Leadership Development Voice” on LinkedIn, she continues to share her expertise globally. She recently completed the Executive Leadership Development Program of Stanford University (July 2024).
