During her career, Svitlana Khaikova has managed teams of various sizes, created and implemented HR strategies, and developed HR processes and programs such as Talent Management, Succession Planning, Performance Appraisal, Talent Acquisition, and Employer Branding. She has supported management and the supervisory board on all HR-related topics, built and developed HR teams, and participated in both HR and cross-functional corporate change projects. Since January 2024, she has been the Head of L&D at PIN UP, where she is responsible for building the Corporate Academy and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
