Mohamed is an international cooperation expert with more than 20 years of hands-on experience in designing and coordinating intercultural dialogue (ICD) programmes across the Euro-Mediterranean and MENA regions.As the Civil Society Unit (CSU) Coordinator at the Anna Lindh Foundation, he oversees the development and implementation of multi-stakeholder initiatives aimed at amplifying the voices of civil society and community-based organisations operating across 43 countries in the Euro-Mediterranean region. His work focuses on empowering these actors to play an active role in shaping more participatory socio-political environments at the national level. Mohamed has extensive experience in designing and delivering impactful programmes that support civil society beneficiaries through opportunities for mobility, online peer-to-peer learning, youth empowerment, and community-based actions addressing social inequalities.
